Summary: Nice staff. Great breakfast. Lots of street noise. Not really a great location for tourists, more of a business hotel

Summary: Room was lovely, location was convenient. Breakfast was really good (continental buffet with some cooked items). Only had two minor complaints - the room has a small coffee machine but you only get one caffeinated coffee free of charge and have to pay for any extra - in a 4* hotel? This is a cheap look. Maybe just give 4 capsules free per day. And there is no creamer fo use with the coffee. However we were able to get a small jug of milk from reception. Also the air conditioning didn’t work. We only stayed one night so didn’t do anything about it but we did not sleep well as it was too warm and too noisy with the windows open. Overall it’s a lovely hotel but a couple of minor issues spoil the experience a little. We would stay there again to put things into context!

Summary: The room was very comfortable, classy. We loved the space, room setting. It was worth the price we paid. This is the great hotel to stay when people visit Trieste.

Summary: We stayed one night. Shower drain was slow. Sink drain was slow. TV didn't work. I know this is Italy, but still it sucked for us. Never again.

Summary: Best hotel we have stayed ant in the past 40 years.Young lady on fr ont desk was superb, beautiful building, great facilities.. Trieste unknown quantity.Go back there tomorrow and stay longer at Vittoria

Summary: Very helpful and kind staff, extremely clean, nice breakfast. Close walk to the city centre. Only downside was our room only had a bath and no shower which was a pain.
